Reteltee (D'nireteltE, meaning 'the Guilds') was an explorer during the Second Restoration who advocated for the reformation of the D'ni Guild system. On July 31st, 2007 CE, following the advice of Reteltee, the neighborhood of Kirel was reopened by the DRC and dedicated to the five newly-restored Modern Guilds; the Guilds of Cartographers, Greeters, Maintainers, Messengers, and Writers. These five Guilds had already existed prior to this as independent groups, but had been unofficial, not endorsed by the DRC. On August 3rd, 2007 CE, Reteltee was appointed as the DRC's "Guild Advisor." On November 4th, 2007, he gave a speech in Kirel on the independent research that he had been doing, also taking questions on the reformed Guild system.
