Myst: The Book of D'ni was the third Myst novel written by Rand Miller and David Wingrove and the fifth chronological entry in the Myst Saga. It was released in November 1997 by Hyperion Books, shortly after the release of Riven: The Sequel to Myst. Chronologically, it takes place in between Riven and Myst III: Exile.
