Mekarr was an inhabitant of the Age of Pento around the 1300s DE (c. 6357–6257 BCE) and an inhabitant of the new Pento Age from shortly after 1376 DE (6281–6280 BCE) until 1466 DE (6191–6190 BCE), and was the son of the Pento's leader during the Pento War. He was also the brother of Timaue.

Biography[edit]

In 1320 DE (6337–6336 BCE), Mekarr, along with the rest of the Pento, agreed to help the Judges of Yahvo take over D'ni. After the city was taken, shortly after the beginning of the Pento War in 1323 DE (6334 BCE), the Judges killed Mekarr's father, as they feared he had grown too powerful. Mekarr and Timaue then began a civil war, as their father had not chosen an heir. During the civil war, Ahlsendar returned to D'ni and reclaimed parts of the city.

Ahlsendar and Mekarr entered an alliance and together they defeated Timaue and his forces in the Battle of the Great King, in 1376 DE (6281–6280 BCE). Mekarr turned over the remaining two members of the Judges of Yahvo, who were then sent to Prison Ages, and in return for Mekarr's help, Ahlsendar wrote Mekarr and his people a new home Age.

However, for an unknown reason, in 1466 DE (6191–6190 BCE) Mekarr returned to D'ni using a book that had been given to him by the Judges of Yahvo, and, sneaking into the palace, killed Ahlsendar's wife and two sons. He was in turn killed by Ahlsendar himself. This event led to Ahlsendar's release of the Pento plage.
